I think the biggest problem with the TTRPG was
>too many people
>Mori was too ambitious with the plot - it's a Hunter game but she's including Changeling/Geist/Vampire all at once.
>Ame shouldn't have been there, terrible player.
If it was just Mori, Gura and Kiara it'd have actually been really good. Mori is really good at smaller moments leading up to big mysteries, but it's hard to keep track of tone when she blows her load constantly. Kiara was obviously really interested in the story even if she was new to the whole TTRPG dynamic and Gura was surprisingly really good at integrating herself into the world. Mori is very good at playing various characters and smaller scenes, but this all gets lost when there's 4 other people there 2 of which are asocial flies on the wall and she's throwing high stakes esoteric shit from other CofD games at them to the point where the story is just a total mess.
This is leaving aside any behind the scenes scheduling autism. I think if Mori were to try this again, she'd need to have a smaller but tighter group of people and she should probably choose Geist over Hunter and ideally stay in that lane to flesh it out.
Anyone who unironically suggests they should have played D&D is a designated normalfag that should just watch CriticalRole and fuck off.
