Unfortunately it's now forever stuck in this state until the moderation picks up (obviously not happening) or another board is made which lures most of the people you've just described to it instead. For example, if there was a board dedicated to discussing live streamers, tiktok celebrities, youtube content creators etc, then that would probably be a saving grace for most boards on this site.
