>>52267934Thanks, bud! We want to make some pretty interesting settings with narrative tie-ins to the world building mechanically, and addressing core issues of many other TTRPGs like how large enemies/single boss entities tend to either get mogged or TPK parties in say, something like D&D/PF. We're also aiming to make our core rules free, and NO PLUCKING PERMS AUTISM, IF YOU WANT TO STREAM OUR GAMES YOU ARE FREE TO DO SO. The idea for the platform is to make it a 3D, free to use program with advanced features being locked behind a GM suite that is a one time payment
with a payment option that allows splitting the bill so if players love their GM enough they can buy the suite for them as a gift, and if a GM hosts a game with the suite, players get access to some cool cosmetic bonuses like custom dice. The features we plan are accessible, it's just more advanced options for the features are on the suite. The ruleset will be compatible with the future settings we want to do, including a sci-fi one and a psuedomodern, but our two initial settings are fantasy ones that tie into each other. I don't want to divulge details on the narrative or our core mechanics, it's pretty awesome though. Long term we want to build RPGs set in the various settings we've been planning and writing out.
