Basically the same as a ryona DramaCD like that KitaKawa one that came out a few months ago, or relatively light abuse play stuff like shock collars. Only a few of them, Dentata and Minori Natsume, verifiably do real dangerous abuse stuff. It's surprising that AwA nor Minori Natsume haven't had Minori Kenshirou or Ogu on their Q&A stuff since they seem fairly close at ryonaket/comiket/etc.
