I just followed the instructions from the link at the top. I had it running in less than a day.
Just some tips I wish knew when I first started is put this in the webui-user.bat
set COMMANDLINE_ARGS= --theme=dark --no-half-vae --xformers
Download the Tiled Vae and Tiled Diffusion extensions and enable them. Get the 4x-animespharp Upscaler.
Other than that grab a model from the recipe links at the top and stuck it in stable-diffusion-webui\models\Stable-diffusion, put a Vae in stable-diffusion-webui\models\VAE and set it in settings and you should be good to go.
