I agree with him, it would be underhanded as fuck to wait for the stream to start, to open it muted (not to give it a view), wait for a gory moment, click report, pick the appropriate category, use the timestamp and write "content too bloody and gory, I'm 13 what is this" in the "more information" field and click "submit report"
