It's weird that Nijisanji and Hololive's inner work culture is so different specially when you consider that both Cover and Anycolor pretty much hired from the same places, like they're fishing from the same lake how did their results end up being so widely different, any given holo from Gens 1-4, bar a few exceptions very well could have ended up in Niji, and the same goes for almost all of the female Nijis with some exceptions like Nui who outright said she didn't want to join Hololive because of singing and dancing.
So again, how do they hire people from the same friend groups but end up with such different approaches to things as simple as "dealing with an growing foreign audience" "handling relationships with your international co workers" or just plainly dealing with how they treat each other on and off stream
