However, there's another class of Indians called "Dalits" or Pariah. They are lower than the lowest, so much so that they are literal Outcasts. There are a couple of words you might have heard before. "Bloody Benchod".
Benchod means sisterfucker whereas Madarchod means motherfucker. Using "Benchod" or "Madarchod" to describe the shitposter may also have some effect on their psyche. If you want to cause further frustration you may also deprive them of (You)s by replying to them indirectly and casually insult them without giving them the direct attention. Preferably accompanied with a funny on-topic image representing a fanbase.
