>>28309799I think it's so subjective what a "good streamer" is and I can probably come up with a dozen examples of good streamers who don't follow those rules. Every streamer can cultivate the audience they want who appreciates their style of content. Uki gets 5k+ viewers and most of his streams are dead air. Lulu basically never read chat when she was gaming and her streams were wonderful. Pomu often explicitly goes against what her chat tells her to do just to troll them and she's imo the best streamer in EN. Shu gets 8k+ viewers sometimes and he basically never pays attention to his viewers, never does fanservice, and puts almost zero thought of what his fans want when building his schedules.
That's precisely why I don't consider streaming on its own to be a unique talent. Anyone can be a good streamer if you're a fan of them, and anyone is a bad streamer if you dislike them. The only real objective metric for good vs bad streamer is how much money or viewers you get but numberfaggotry is lame and misses a lot of the nuance of streaming.
