For example Doki believed herself to be valueless, genuinely undeserving of sponsorship and was hoping to sell 50 pieces of merch on redebut. At the same time everyone who was watching or commenting on Nijisanji pretty much agreed she was gimped by the company and her leaving will hurt Niji more than it will hurt her.
So I wouldn't be surprised if people like Elira, Ike, Kotoka, etc. are fucked in the head from whatever's in the Niji kool-aid.
