She's actually not pandering to any one side in particular. It's just a case of people seeing what they want to see.
If you watch her streams, whenever someone brings up some culture wars bullshit she yells at them to shut up and moves on. This isn't an outright denial or refutation however, so these types of people will naturally congregate in her chat in what they think is a safe space.
Pippa is inclining because she's playing the algorithm with her shorts and getting more exposure from mainstream clip watchers and """news""" channels. But most importantly, with all the drama between vtubers and the fans in the community people are being drawn to her because she has demonstrated a genuine respect for her audience by not pushing away people with certain beliefs. She'll call us fucking degenerates, but she will never tell us to change ourselves to fit her standards.
What can you definitely say about Pippa? She values individual freedom and hates when people with wealth and power abuse others. As far as modern politics go, this is very milquetoast in terms of right leaning beliefs. Everything else she has said is fairly nuanced and common sense to anyone with half a brain. She doesn't like overly woke shit or canceling others, but she doesn't act like a full blown /pol/ schizo outside of making a few glowie jokes. She just calls out bullshit like she sees it, and that makes her based. She's not putting on an act for attention, that's just how she is.
I've been a lefty for my entire adult life, but I don't like pushing agendas in my vidya and cartoons so I guess that makes me a centrist now? Point is, I watch Pippa constantly and love all the tangents and commentary she has done. Her words seem genuine, but she hasn't said a single thing that has put me off or that I would disagree with. I don't know if that's just a me thing, but I feel that I would know if she was the type of extremist person that I couldn't get along with. If she actually is that sort of person, that's just a testament to how well she presents herself. And as long as she keeps it that way I will continue to be a fan.
