Shit is expensive to even live sanely without living with a group of friends to carpool rent, Orange County is a shithole, the west coast from Daytona to Cocoa beach is pure grit on your feet and nothing will get the sand to go away--it would make a sandnigger flinch--Living near the keys puts you in permanent risk of losing your livelyhood to some dumb spinny cloud that decides to bring along 25ft waves to wash your house away, the only moderately nice place to live is in the Tampa area, but even that's a stretch, I can keep going but it's not worth your eyes to witness.
