You must first respect and love yourself, have a personal dignity in your life, before you can attract a female. Of course resources you can provide are important, but without confidence that stems for self-respect, you cannot have stable family. Sit down and write what is it you think that you have to have, qualities, things, resources, that are necessary to start a family. Cull your expectations to what is realistically achievable through your own effort alone. There's no shame in cutting off fantasies, no reason to give up because of them. Then build a plan and work towards them like its a work project you are being paid for. I myself intend to follow this advise, as soon as I am sober at least.
