Many holos play games that they don't know about, and they never know if they will be good at them or not, so they always start off their streams with a disclaimer -

This obviously doesn't stop all bad chat behavior, but it at least isolates it to the people who are not your fans, but maybe tourists who just came for the game.
Simply ignore them, and they will either adjust to the vibe of the stream or move on.
Being cocky at the start of the stream? That's just asking for chat to go full "shitting on you for being bad" mode. Especially if your play is worse than that of a fucking monkey. If you are cocky, expect your chat to respond in kind (see : Pekora).
If you can't handle the bantz, maybe try being humble for once.
