>>100779575>t. used to streamAll together, Twitch is better for streaming as a streamer. Tool are more efficient, and more streamlined. You have a better support for it, and more people using it all together, and searching for people is way easier. It's rare for people to come to Youtube just for streaming, and if let's say, they are actively searching for a game, they will find a video rather than a stream. VODs issue is just really something that this board complicates itself on it, you can easily pull them into YouTube. Some features like double audio are really helpful to fill quiet spaces as a starting streamer.
I never advertised myself, and got to a pretty 15 follows and could have easily pushed more if I wanted.
As a viewer both have their advantages, but overall Youtube has a better player, while Twitch has a more streamed lined chat. Ads can be a nightmare in both platforms if not used stuff like turbo/premium or ad blockers, of course ad blockers for Youtube are easy to find, so I disregard any post using it, since they aren't the point. VODs are easier to view on Youtube and the Twitch app is doodoo. That said, Twitch does offer a lot for the subs, and interactivity it's easier to use.
But to the meat and bones, as VTuber, moderation is a huge issue with them, as their attires are a problem for Twitch, and Youtube is auto moderated so if you have an issue it is a nightmare to deal with. Like yeah, you will hear like "vtuber got banned for attire" and then you look, and it's some whorish shit, and you are like, well duh, people like Limes use what it is for me a way sexier attire without needing to be a whore about it.
Overall, take advantage of them, dual streaming isn't a hassle anymore.
