Be specific.
The publisher (or someone claiming to be the publisher on NGA, there was no official statement) banned them.
The devs outright said they had no idea what was going on.

The devs had no idea until all holo fans started attacking their discord.
Plus, if the devs had beef with hololive, why didn't they pull the fubuki song and wallpaper?
imo, devs tried staying neutral. I've yet to see evidence that they have beef with hololive.
