And also Moe wanted actual signed contract stuff from Eilene and wouldn't get it. She also wanted full control of the original channel (the access was shared) in case stuff got hijacked for some other Eilene project that she feared could be.
Just seemed like Moe just wanted to do her own thing rather than get "managed" by comdost who allegedly was awful at managing anything, or editing videos. Moe also doesn't want to do asmr or 360 videos which is clearly shown with her new channel.
At least give Moe credit she seems satisfied to just be a 2view with remaining viewers rather than cling onto more popular streamers to stay relevant.
