So EN is not as well supported as JP. If I were in management I'd tell them not to work their asses off. Retention rate of western workers is low in Japan because hard work doesn't pay off. As opposed to Asians workers who have no better choice.
Anyway Hololive is comparatively white company than vtuber agencies in the past. They don't force the talents to work hard and they don't encourage it by reward. It's fair for them to work at their pace.
