Try getting into smaller agencies first, get yourself known enough for only then applying with an already decently organized channel that they could look and judge your potential

They watch mine, but I've applied five times now to Holostars and not gotten in. I'm even making a running gag out of it.
The only time it would really matter is if you're currently unemployed and need a job, but YouTube doesn't even start paying until like a month after debut.
I don't know what works or doesn't. If I ever get an interview I'm going to ask them. This shit is too vague. That said, toss in your application. They'll pivot from fruits and femboys eventually.

There are two important players when considering a goal like this. There’s you, the applicant, and then there’s Hololive, the company. HoloEN is shitting the bed hard, so you’re very likely to fail before you’ve even gotten started because who knows what the fuck they’re doing there.
At this point, you’re more likely to succeed by joining a small corpo than HoloEN, even if you did get in (imo anyway…).
