I have no idea what's going on with Hoshimeguri.
My understanding is that their ads targeted non-Japanese speakers, AKA not their demographic.

Subbase built on ads and mostly of foreigners. The company spends a fuckload of money on ads and not on the girl's equipment so they sound like ass and stream minecraft at 10fps. I have no idea what Hoshimeguri is even doing and honestly it just seems like money laundering.
