Gura used to be my least favorite Holo EN around debut. I thought she seemed sort of boring and fake. Now she's by far my favorite Holo EN, and the only one I watch. First impressions are often incorrect.

True but it was reverse for me. I'm a day 1 membershrimp. Loved Gura and watched her religiously even though my timezone was terrible to catch up her streams. Nowadays, I don't even watch EN vtubers anymore let alone Gura. There's so many unmatched talent on the Japanese side and I'm not just talking about Hololive.

Do you understand Japanese? When I get to a point where I can understand spoken Japanese pretty comfortably I would like to watch JP chuubas, but I don't have the attention span or desire to watch streams in a language I don't have any facility with yet.

For me it's all of EN except Gura. I ended up watching only Gura, then watched some crossovers with her genmates and ended up warming up to all of them. Except Ina, she's pretty boring in my opinion.

I used to have a serious aversion to Rushia for really stupid reasons until I watched her get drunk and prank Gen 5 on their first visit to the Holoserver, and now I think she's really neat. Not my favourite Holo or anything, but I try to make time for her now if I can.
