Hot take? I think Petra won't leave any time soon. She's completely checked out and has been for a while, but I think she's "checked out" in a way where she's not feeling pressure to leave, either. Like, she's so checked out that she's just going to put in the absolute minimum and keep cashing royalty checks until she can't anymore.
Non-starters? Pretty obviously, Enna, Millie, Luca, and Vox are all probably "lifers" unless the branch completely collapses. I can't imagine Aia or Scarle leaving either but it's less of a proactive choice on their parts and more just that they won't have options.
