There is almost no work without limitations or restriction be it the funds, laws, regulations, manpower, etc. It's just a mundane thing that people face everyday.
Only the competences can flourish and the incompetence ones failed in the system. I don't know why people, in this specific vtubing field, complain so much about corpo restrictions. Aren't that the issue that talents need to overcome? People in other creative field also have these problems but we wouldn't see that much complaints.
