The Council members already locked up for too many subs? That's a big blessing in disguise as being muzzled will prevent you making an embarrassment of yourself.
All Gura fucking said pre-debut, keep in mind, was "a" for example, and it built up the mystery around her hence the hype - compare that to Finana in NijiEN who still gets called brapfish months later, for all those people turned off by her shitty pre-debut tweeting and never gave her a chance. That single tweet might have knocked down some percentage of NijiEN's growth because, first impressions matter so fucking much.
