VShojo is a talent agency specialized in VTubers and Streaming, they handle their own line of sponsors, merch, and connections as a VTuber Agency. Basically it translates to having the doors open to them in case they want to have appearances in conventions, booths, and obviously integrated team work efforts, as a team of vtubers, now I don't need to explain you pretty boys why that matters; you would have to be a big singular talent to do stuff like a group.
Now, the UTA and WME, they are also talent agencies, but what's the difference then? They aren't dedicated to VTubers, they handle all kinds of different media, so they can approach with different connections, different lines of sponsors and different lines of merch, now, it should be noted that they also have more "prestige" in the industry due to having a long time around in Hollywood and the media industry, they handle things different.
Why have both instead of one? Well, they both cover different areas that alone wouldn't be able to cover. For example, Cover/Holo has Calli right? But Calli has a contract with the UMJ, does this mean Holo wasn't supportive of her music? No, they could handle her, but for more outreach, they have her in a contract with the UMJ. It's both financially stable and beneficial for networking. That's why they allow the double contract.
