Biboo will experience none of those things. She already knows the job, in fact being there will make the job easier for her. Secondly, she already has her Hololive friends, so no worry about isolation either.
On a side note, one thing that may make Japan a "terrible" place for Japanese people in Japan is the extremely strict and traditional culture/values and expected learned behavior they are made to follow at all times.
A foreigner is, if not completely excluded from all this, at the very least given a lot of leeway and understanding regarding not following it.
Many foreigners live in Japan and love it.
It is not a perfect country, no place in the world is. That doesn't make it "terrible".
