So what that means is that each gen's staff is doing things on their own to justify their salaries, then the larger EN staff is doing full branch stuff to justify their salaries, and the pig people is working on things that are too big to say no to and they all want to release things for Summer.
So it's like you had three bosses giving you three different orders and they're all urgent. Maybe you're even passionate about every single thing, but there's not enough time, so you still end up stressed and exhausted.
