Most of the red circles are lines that aren't connected properly to another. There are also some that connect by a tapered line which I wouldn't recommend in these cases.
For some of the stuff in green, the tips to her bow could be rounded a bit since it's cloth. Another thing would be her nail, I feel that giving them a bit of relief to show where they extend over the fingers is a nice touch usually. And lastly her middle finger should appear farther/ behind where it connects with her ring finger.
