>>1560345Because Linux happened... bblean is based on blackbox. Originally blackbox was a window manager for Unix operating systems. BBlean development halted before windows 7 came out. Majority of the devs abandoned it in favor of GNU/Linux, hence it frequently being referred too as abandonware.
The issues you are speaking of I have never encountered. Taskbar icons? bblean bar supports icons just as well, tooltips and highlights work if you use bbiconbox, i dont know about the normal tray embeded in the bar itself.
Why would you want a tooltip on the clock though? Did Win7's clock do something special?
