I need the central design to be scaled down to fit in 1920x1080 without altering the aspect ratio. Since it's very specific, I suppose it could be centered with extra space around the edges. If that is the case just round out the black outlines that the current wp cuts off. If the design doesn't properly meet the edges of the screen, just extend the cardinal lines from the inner design to the edge of the screen.
That last bit seems a little complicated, if I lost you just ask.
