I started out at 245 and made the thread at 229. Then I took a short break from ketosis and did calorie-counting with a focus on low-carb. Started up keto again and weighed in at still 229, no gains.
As of today I'm 224.8 with a final goal of about 205. I've been hitting the gym the entire time, and when they closed for COVID, switched to body weight exercises at home (Plus doing arm curls with a toddler). All my cravings and desires to snack to cope with work and life stress have disappeared.
My one remaining vice after I come off keto and finish my weight loss is probably still going to be ranch dressing though, but now I'm content with just a serving size rather than like 2 ounces.
