The implication being that the image is too small for human consumption. As you might be aware ants are significantly smaller than humans.
Although logically pictures for ants would be shown on displays for ants which wouldn't necessarily have lower resolution than our own displays, they would just be smaller. It also goes without saying that ants lack both the eyesight and brainpower necessary to appreciate images in the first place. This is a meme though and isn't really meant to hold up to such thorough scrutiny.
