OPSEC stands for operational security, and basically it means that even if it isn't classified information, you shouldn't be talking in public (or nowadays posting online) about what your unit is doing, deployment dates, etc, because you never know who else might care about that information. In this case, the US soldier is boasting about what he's doing in the military to impress a girl, and the Hitler stand-in is listening.
