>>1338426>Emulating older Gens make me too emotionalHow old are we talking about here? Gonna rec stuff anyway.
>Playable on AndroidNo emulation and playable on Android? You might be out of luck to find anything to preoccupy you.
In the past, these are the games that have preoccupied me long enough to not eat for 8-12+ hours.
>Elden Ring>Resident Evil 2 Remake on Hardcore >Prey 2018>Fallout 3/NV/4>Monster Hunter World (co-op too)>Shin Megami Tensei IV/Apocalypse>Disco Elysium >Doom 2016/Doom Eternal on UV/Nightmare>Max Payne>YU-NO - The Girl that Chants Love at the Bound of the World (original version)>STALKER SoC/CS/CoP>Rhythm Heaven seriesI'm going to assume you at least have some shitbox laptop that can help you here, just pirate the games if you can't afford them, although some might be impossible for you (Elden Ring, Prey, Disco Elysium).
I'd also say to also attempt to make yourself start a series right from the beginning and try and get to the end. Sometimes your preoccupation with proving to yourself that you will finish all the games in "x series" in 2 weeks can pull you through some shit. It's helped me in the past with Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil, Ace Combat and Tales of.
>Multiplayer would be greatLeft 4 Dead 2 Co-op servers were great, 24 people trying to complete modded Expert campaigns usually had me gaming for 8-12 hours around 10 years ago. Sadly full of Russians, but you might find a US server. I'd also recommend Team Fortress 2, [spoiler:lit]Dead by Daylight[/spoiler:lit] and [spoiler:lit]Overwatch[/spoiler:lit]. Spoilered stuff might not be your kinda thing though.
As for Android, you can emulate stuff on that. I have a phone from 2018 and it can play Dolphin games flawlessly, so maybe look into Gamecube games that might preoccupy you like RE4, Wind Waker, F-Zero GX, Pikmin, Viewtiful Joe, Tales of Symphonia, Chibi Robo etc.
Pic related might help too. Pick a random one, force yourself through it.
