[8] Creeper World 3
A very weird RTS-ish game. It's actually pretty hard to properly describe it, so it's best if you'd look at some videos. It's all about territory acquisition and resource management, in a way that distills the entire strategy genre to its fundamental basics but still retains all of the depth.
The guy who made this had recently released Creeper World 4, which is basically the same but in 3D. I personally don't care for it because I enjoyed the shitty freeware 2D artstyle, but you can check it out if you prefer a shitty shareware 3D look
