I know that movie is a big favorite among the creep elites and I haven't seen it, but it seems like the aesthetics have some things in common. Overall I've just been tuning out of fictional content for a while. Real history, politics, philosophy, and religion are incredible, and they ultimately deliver harder emotional / mental hits than fiction. They just don't have the audiovisual stimulation to carry the weight.
