I recently did something very retarded and I don't know what to do. A windows message plopped up on the right side of my screen telling me I needed to remove some stuff on my 111gb C:/ drive. I've been having problems with Windows 10 before and I was busy with something else so I didn't really think that well. What I ended up doing was I checked all folders properties to see which took the most space and I couldn't find much but this one folder called AppData. I ended up deleting it because it contained more than 40+ gigs of stuff I had no knowledge about and thought "eh it's probably useless shit". Turns out it was alot of important stuff there to make windows not shit itself. To be more precise I only deleted the content inside of the local subfolder so I still have some of the things left in the other folders, not that it will help any.
I know I'll get called a fucking retard for this but how do I solve it? I don't have any backups and I've tried resetting Windows but it won't work, tells me something is wrong and it asks me to either restart and pretend nothing happened or fix it somehow. I tried doing the windows troubleshoot thing but it didn't work either. Only option left I have is to factory reset it but I don't really wanna do that because I do not know if my windows will work then.
Can someone please help me, I've googled and found nothing but old threads for win7 and outdated fixes I cannot use. Am I completely fucked or is there something I can do other than factory reset?
