PC micro stutter/buzzing driving me crazy

My piece of **** computer keeps micro freezing randomly, it affects both audio and video.
Please help, I want to throw this trash it out of the window.

same, bro although i accepted that my laptop is shitty
i think it's just a memory issue, happens when i have too many tabs open on browser

My PC:
- Laptop
- Windows 10
- Has dedicated gpu
- All drivers up to date except for wifi and bluetooth
- All drivers updates from vendors site
Possible causes:
- I upgraded RAM (It fucked up windows and had to reinstall, so I'm not putting the old RAM back for now )
- I cleaned the fans recently
- Windows 10 trash updates
- Open to suggestions..

It had the same problem months ago, but just randomly disappeared

audio and video huh. Can you go through the trouble of screen capturing the actual problem in action with maybe OBS studio and then uploading to a site so I can download/watch?

It would really help nail the problem down and for people with years and years and years of experience it'd much more helpful as where even ten posts from you might not give us the info we need.

but if you don't want to do that, either way first thing I'd try is using DDU, total uninstall of video drivers. Then leave it alone and let windows re-install whatever the fuck it wants to fetch. Try playing video again see if problem is resolved.

I'm sure screen capture won't affect it one bit, and it'll know how to capture while it's stuttering.

the thing is I want to see the stuttering. If it's stuttering for you to see then the screen capture will see the stutter also. If you don't want to do it though, cool. I don't really care.

What if the capturing also stutters? It will cancel out. If it stops doing anything, how is it going to capture? Capturing is anything.

it should capture just how it is as you see it. give it a shot I say. Just use something reliable. I'd suggest OBS. a bit confusing for a total n00b but worth it to learn to use. It is pretty simple once you understand it.

If the computer is working all the time to capture, then why would it not also be working all the time? How will it know to keep running the capture program even when everything else is broken and needs to pause?

I started figuring that but wasn't sure. I'd be ready to post a link to the video whenever you do start the thread. I'd suggest not doing Youtube and uploading the direct video to an actual upload site.

Either way I'd still suggest DDU and letting Windows install the drivers itself and see if it helps. Might not even need to go through all the video recording if that fixes it.
