So, I like to livestream shit on internet but I've got this persistent problem. My internet connection is 12Mb for upload; however, I often have problems when livestreaming. My OBS terminal shows a variable uploading speed, from 100Kb/s to 2000Kb/s changing really quickly which makes my livestreams unwatchable, this even happens when there's no one but me using my internet connection. This is specially weird because sometimes I have a consistent stable connection of over 3000Kb/s, it appears to change randomly.

So is this a problem of my internet connection? Should I get a better Internet service or is there something I can do to have a consistent stable uploading speed of over 3000Kb/s?
