I downloaded a few episodes of a show that have recorded the network pre-show ads with it. Is there a good program for clipping videos? All I want to do is trim it and get the ad out.

Keep in mind that LosslessCut is just a wrapper for

If you learn a few ffmpeg commands you can do it all from the command line, which ends up being more convenient if you do it often.

If you use the lossless "-c copy" flag then the cut happens close to where you specify, but not exactly. This is because of how video compression works, with keyframes and iframes. If you want to specify the timestamp exactly, you lose perfect losslessness.

Don't really see how. The command line doesn't show the video, where the key frames are, or has a replay feature. I'm all for cmd when you need the variety like yt-dlp. but for clipping the gui of lossless cut fits perfectly
