So last night/this afternoon, I was dreaming of a movie that was like a cross between West Side Story and The Warriors. Part of the plot seemed to have dealt with trying to kill the head of this gang and also to collect these WWII bonds which cost a fortune (or something similar or telegram related idk my brain was fuzzy about it). But then somehow it turns into a manhunt for the main guy trying to find his girlfriend and the money so they can get out o NYC.

But a couple of other scenes I remember vividly where these black guys going into the bathroom of Washington square park to cut the nuts of the fellow black guys in the bathroom because of their betrayal and while you don't see it, you could hear the blood dripping in the background when they start to get out. There's also another scene that features self-immolation of the black gang pouring gasoline onto people but idk.

But by the end, the guy freaks out about losing the bonds or whatever and calls the CIA or whatever agent on the phone saying: "DON'T YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT IS?" And then the movie pans out to different shots of the city before it ends.
