I was using "fedora.email" for a lot of my accounts (at least the one that accepted it), but some time this year it went either defunct or was integrated into something else 'I can't find any clear answers online

So now I'm essentially locked out my things cause some fucknut thought it was a good idea to not only still have a password needed for some of these accounts 'but ALSO an authentication code sent to your e-mail before they let you in now

I just wanna know if there's some sorta solution I'm missing, cause some of these site that I use don't have a proper "help" desk. While the ones that do, have a very unclear way on contacting someone for aid

I just really need some help here
