I'm not the best when it comes to computers, so could someone please tell me if my computer would be able to run games with certain requirements?

It's not ancient, just not a very high-end game.
Any advice on freeing up RAM space? Or getting more?

The best way to get more RAM is to get more RAM.

Order a 4gb ram chip or more and plug that shit in.

Also your CPU is pretty weak, I'm not sure what you're gonna be able to play with that system that isn't 10+ years old.

Don't bother.

It's not going to let you play these games, because your processor is too slow, and you only have onboard graphics.

Recommend me games where you can just drive around in a beautiful setting, listen to music, and relax.

I tried Euro Truck Simulator 2, but the controls seem slow and not simple enough.
