I think a good direction is to give Anon something to do inbetween the maid fondling+introducing them one by one as to not bog down the quality. Shitty isekai manga always blows its load super early and as a result nothing sticks past a point.
My proposed outline is as follows
>Anon or Anon's dad buys some dirt cheap territory and Anon goes there (he's a pervert already or he turns into one as the story goes?) with his one favorite maid>The state is in disrepair, the peasants are not very thrilled with this new lord and maybe they are on hard times? Resources are limited so Anon cant just sit in his ass and fuck Maids all day>Introduce Maids one by one as Anon solves things like "we need to coordinate the mill repairs" or "the mansion is falling apart. A good mix of new maids and experienced ones>Girl from the village (Clumsy) comes to make money, Ex-Mercenary/Criminal gets a second chance (Feisty), Some dumb competition against a lord includes a Maid as a gift (Horny)>The author can decide how many scoops of ecchi can permeate the scenes before ending each arc in some Maid stuffing
