It's not all of them I'm sure, but in the eyes of the vocal ones, everything that goes wrong for Gura is because she is surrounded by people who are incompetent or actively work against her, while everything that goes right is only because she had to struggle tooth and nail to make it happen is spite of the incompetent people working against her. And god forbid you ever try to empathize with a shrimp, because they seem outright offended that you think your oshi could even come close to understanding all the hardships and suffering that Gura goes through.
