even amongst miga, i don't see the same enthusiasm as before. i don't think anyone actually thinks 4 years, even 8-12 will really lead to a "golden age". they'd need to give us 50 years of 1900s and before golden age times and scrap the paper money thing all together for the demographic to regenerate.
