(for punk to be a big kwab here means that he will not come out of this favorably, meaning tony will lay the hammer down, and while there will be asettlement it won't be as much as punk wants, and not enough to cover his new expenses (e.g. the LA mansion, not to mention the likely upcoming divorce from april), plus he is toxc and no one will hire him ever again, no more significant income in his future). so for punk to be kwaboty implies that tony will somewhat unkwab himself)
