sometimes the truth of a situation really is more one-sided and worse than you think and in the case of Cover there have been multiple talents leaving the company and complaining about the company's failings and incompetence numerous times
if you think there aren't clearly problems in Cover and you react defensively whenever Cover is criticized in any capacity, even when it's done by citing things talents themselves have said, then yes you are in fact a bootlicker and delusional
