Nerissa is rather consistently in 7K range and sometimes goes as high as 12K. She drops way below that into Shiori territory mainly during collabs.
Kiara is closer to Shiori, but has an easier time getting close to 10K and, more importantly, her stream was literally the first one and is still remembered as one of the best alongside CC's.
Shiori is a runt playing the game normally after everyone else has already streamed it.
