We all knew she wanted do this since her debut (except for the usual "2 more weeks" retards), but I think she just chickened out and played it safe to try making bank as a big corpo vtuber. It's been a while though, and she knows now that she'll always be a runt anyway, so she just gave up the act and did what she always wanted to do from the start.
Pretty similar to Fauna actually. But at least Fauna had the balls to quit being Fauna before dropping the act.
